I've been neglecting my South China Sea (including not yet responding to Josh's, Eurowussies' and Nicky's (longer) comments) duties while writing and sending Submarine Matters Report France’s Submarine Development and the Shortfin to donors, this evening.
It being midnight here-now I'll respond later this morning.
